I Can't Believe They Did This To Me!!!

Us parents can be so silly! And our children have to put up with our crazy whims. I thought Teancum looked adorable when his dad plopped this hat on his head. Then I found the small sunglasses and the scene was set! This ones a keeper! And I can just hear him as a teenager, looking back at this picture and proclaiming: "I can't believe they did this to me!!!"

Same Genetics?

Yes, today's Dads are dressing their sons to look like them. I personally find it an endearing way of showing ones love for their child and a desire to emulate all the similarities they share. Here is Gideon looking like Mini-Isaiah! So sweet!

Cyanne My Diva

Cyanne is my fashionista of a daughter. She loves to come down with, in her mind, absolutely inspired outfits! And there is no convincing her of a more conservative costume.

I'm glad that she is confident in her own style. I mean... someone started the fashion trend for the 80's, right? My daughter is starting the fashion trend of the 2010!

The New Year.... Old Body

I am a procrastinator. I put off till the last what I should do first. I started out my New Year by starting (just starting mind you, since it's a big job!) to organize my food storage. Then I shall continue through all the other things gathering in the dust. An overhaul. That is the theme to my New Years resolutions. I shall overhaul different areas of my life until they suite what I want them to be!

I will not procrastinate anymore. That's the biggest overhaul. First item of non-procrastination:

My Body. Not that it's terribly huge or disgusting. But it's been a baby maker the last five years, and it's time it became my body again. I don't have a destination weight in mind... or destination dress size even. I have a destination feeling. Energized. I will feel energized. And if I get great looking abs and fit into my pre-baby pants again, I'll be excited and rewarded.

So here are my beginner stats:

Height: 5'6"

Weight: 150 lbs

Bust: 38"

Waist: 33"

Hips: 41.5"

Deck the House...

We finally got the deck of Isaiah's dream. It's big and I love it! It finishes

off the new siding and windows. All that's left is the landscaping!

My Baby Teancum

I adore this new baby of mine. When he smiles, his whole face lights up. And when he isn't smiling he has a look of concentration... like he's figuring this whole world out. His grin takes up half his face, it's so big! Gideon loves to cuddle with him, and Cyanne loves to act like his mom. He is not yet 2 months and he has already reached almost 12 lbs! He eats all the time. His hair is reddish blonde. And I love him! Lucky me! I get to enjoy my three kids and my wonderful husband and know that they love me back! Isn't that great?
